Dropped into the Prospectors Depot yesterday to see what the E1500 felt like in my hands.
it would appear to be everything it's claimed of itself and by others.
Lightweight, well made easy to swing small gold machine at a very competitive price packed with features.
As someone who went the QED as a lightweight entry level machine, I have to say this is leaps and bounds more advance and better quality.
Makes the QED look and feel like something I made in high school electronics.
The shop is confident of having stock in the next few weeks. (alex has been good to his word so far!)
Yoyo received his up north this week, so I look forward to his first impressions being another QED owner.
Chalk and cheese though, when parked next to the Q it really makes you wonder 2 things....
1- How have they made it for the price as it looks and feels like a more expensive machine.
2- What exactly am I being charged for with the semi functioning Q?
Anyway, the new king of the budget/entry level PI machines is here and the big boys better keep an eye on this smartly thought out and presented new upstart.
