It's come to this!

Was great to see 2 QED owners get on the board again after a serious drought.

Was a shame that both had lost faith in their QEDs and were swinging ML machines.
One now has a 3500, the other resorted to renting an sdc2300 as faith had been lost in his PL4.


had I been told that promised AGB and/or tracking was 3 years+ away at purchase, not sure I would have made the same decision re purchase. It was overlooked at the time I guess, as I was getting great bang for buck performance initially. but with each upgrade after the release of the PL4, depth performance was slowly diminished. (imo).

Be interesting to see results from Briza with his purchase of a 5000 and Yoyo awaiting delivery of a Zed, both also losing faith in performance of the Q and delays or failures of promised tracking/AGB fixes

Still getting a handle on the machine, but great to see effort rewarded.

The return of his modified SD2200 has seen Brett excel of late..
(if only he could find his keys....)
Has found enough now to covere the cost of his QED expenses...Just not the years spent trying to make his work.
