Will have a 7000, 6000 and 5000 present for basic comparison. Won't be a depth test, more about the usability and how running them compares actually detecting.
Big thanks to The Prospectors Depot and Phil for providing the AXIOM, coils and his time
Will see how we go and let you know.

I thought the Axiom held it's own against the 6000, and with more use and aftermarket additions, can only improve. Someone new to the game, who's only getting out at Easter and public holidays, may find the more automated ML machine a more friendly option. But the Axiom's slightly larger learning curve, and user input/adjustments, may see it rise above with more hours in the field and future additions and upgrades. Further testing at a patch to identify and maximise depth and how to do so in the field is a must.
Coils were the biggest difference. Garretts shape not doing it any favours, and more to learn. Build quality goes to Garrett though, I thought the flex in the ML machine shaft was off putting.

Have posted a few youtube links showing Axiom comparisons and settings by more experienced operators.

Could decent discrimination be the Axiom's Ace in the hole?
