For the early covid variants like alpha clinical evidence shows that he covid vaccines dramatically reduced transmission and the viral load in infected individuals.

Yes dippy, worked really well and were super safe!
I'm sure there are estimates and modelling showing them stopping transmission.

And yet the virus was still transmitted despite your claims?
