"Nothing in your previous statement is factual data" Well if any country has  a dramatic increase in the mortality  rate during a pandemic  ( well above the long term mortality rate for the previous years ) then in absence of any other  cause then its  reasonable to assume the pandemic is the cause.  The fact is that in many countries the cause of death  for many people during the pandemic peak was not recorded on the death  certificates and they were never tested for covid.  This is why the  number of covid deaths is understated  and does not correlate with the increase in xs deaths!
If you think the  WHO  report in the BMJ is flawed  in any way why not write to the WMO or BJM and ask for a retraction  and of course give your  reasons and your data to support  your contention!  Then their are at least 4 other reports that come to the same conclusion so you are going to be very busy!!!!

We estimated that 766,611 deaths attributable to COVID-19 occurred in the United States from March 8, 2020—May 29, 2021. Of these, 184,477 (24%) deaths were not documented on death certificates. Eighty-two percent of unrecognized deaths were among persons aged ≥65 years; the proportion of unrecognized deaths were 0•24–0•31 times lower among those 0–17 years relative to all other age groups. More COVID-19–attributable deaths were not captured during the early months of the pandemic (March–May 2020) and during increases in SARS-CoV-2 activity (July 2020, November 2020—February 2021

Although reported COVID-19 deaths between Jan 1, 2020, and Dec 31, 2021, totalled 5·94 million worldwide, we estimate that 18·2 million (95% uncertainty interval 17·1–19·6) people died worldwide because of the COVID-19 pandemic (as measured by excess mortality) over that period. The global all-age rate of excess mortality due to the COVID-19 pandemic was 120·3 deaths (113·1–129·3) per 100 000 of the population, and excess mortality rate exceeded 300 deaths per 100 000 of the population in 21 countries. The number of excess deaths due to COVID-19 was largest in the regions of south Asia, north Africa and the Middle East, and eastern Europe. At the country level, the highest numbers of cumulative excess deaths due to COVID-19 were estimated in India (4·07 million [3·71–4·36]), the USA (1·13 million [1·08–1·18]), Russia (1·07 million [1·06–1·08]), Mexico (798 000 [741 000–867 000]), Brazil (792 000 [730 000–847 000]), Indonesia (736 000 [594 000–955 000]), and Pakistan (664 000 [498 000–847 000]). Among these countries, the excess mortality rate was highest in Russia (374·6 deaths [369·7–378·4] per 100 000) and Mexico (325·1 [301·6–353·3] per 100 000), and was similar in Brazil (186·9 [172·2–199·8] per 100 000) and the USA (179·3 [170·7–187·5] per 100 000).

Since the beginning of the vaccine rollout to 19 March 2023, over 65 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been given in Australia. The TGA has identified 14 reports where the cause of death was linked to vaccination from 982 reports received and reviewed. There have been no new vaccine-related deaths identified since 2022.
In contrast total covid deaths up to 30th sept 2023 were 20,170 and total up to the present is 23,808 . Australia,s current death rate is 6% higher than the long term average..

Simply because one of the key risk factors for covid deaths is age and with age come other comorbidities. Also the immune response declines with age. But vaccination decreases the risk of serious illness and death.What the TGA have reported is that covid vaccine deaths are very rare in the context of the huge number of shots given and that nearly 4000 people in Australia died from covid in 2023!

It should be noted that NO vaccine is ever 100% safe or 100% effective and covid vaccines are no different!
Sadly some people will still die from vaccines that we have used for decades and are considered safe.

No other Vaccine we use has the same mortality rate or is as inneffective against the virus/desease it was designed for.

“Two-dose COVID-19 vaccines significantly increase protection against hospitalization and death in people who had the illness before they were immunized.

People who have recovered from COVID-19 still benefit from vaccination, according to a new study led by a Stanford Medicine researcher and colleagues in Brazil.
“We found clear evidence that COVID-19 vaccines are highly effective among people who have recovered from a previous infection, giving them benefits above and beyond the immunity they already have,” said Jason Andrews, MD, associate professor of infectious disease at Stanford and a lead author of the study.

Whether people who have recovered from COVID-19 need to be vaccinated continues to be debated.The new study, however, indicates that immunization after infection provides additional protection. In more than 22,000 people in Brazil who were reinfected with SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, the CoronaVac, AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines prevented 40% to 65% of symptomatic illnesses, the study found. The two-dose vaccines — CoronaVac, AstraZeneca and Pfizer — prevented 80% to 90% of hospitalizations and deaths from reinfection.“
OECD research shows Ireland avoided excess deaths during core pandemic years
“New research shows that Ireland had no excess deaths during the core pandemic years of 2020-2022.
Research published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) shows that Ireland was one of nine OECD countries to avoid excess deaths during this period, registering the fourth lowest rate behind New Zealand, Iceland and Norway.“
"The population in Ireland demonstrated a strong adherence to public health measures during this time, and Ireland’s COVID-19 vaccination programme has been one of the most successful in the world, with 96% of the adult population receiving their primary vaccinations.“

Compared to unvaccinated individuals, the relative risk of COVID-19 deaths among those receiving one and two doses were 0.18 (95% CI: 0.08-0.43) and 0.05 (95% CI: 0.02-0.15) respectively. The vaccine effectiveness in preventing COVID-19 deaths with one and two doses was 82 per cent (95% CI: 57 - 92%) and 95 per cent (95% CI: 85 – 98%) respectively“

This is just a few of many studies that show the vaccines are very effective in  preventing death from covid particularly the very early strains.
