Nobody said any different, seen some great finds with modified machines, but the end product costs more above a GP (if you don't have a machine or coils ) and will always be second hand. Not to mention weight and learning curve if you've never used one.

If you bother to read the entire thread, you would have seen the poster was relatively new, and was using the 2 most automated gold machines to date. (Monster and SDC)
Expecting to get your head around and become competent with a new machine, with many more functions but less automation, is a high expectation indeed. In such a short time frame anyway.

He wouldn't have gotten the flexibility he required with another small gold detector anyway.
He freely admits it just wasn't right for him.

I'm still waiting on some reviews from those with a few more hours on it.
The ones coming in to date on FB are quite positive.

The poster of the video in question was a regular finds contributor and Q advocate until upgrades killed performance, and as always when notified, YOU blamed the user instead of admitting your upgrades sucked. When you were asked to reverse the problem, you couldn't, and offered further upgrades instead.
